F.E.A.R. is an acronym for false evidence appearing real. Fear is an emotion we experience and is usually partnered with anxiety and worry. Many times we have nothing to fear, so what is at the root of this paralyzing state?

In this class we will take a look at fear and how it may be the only thing standing in the way for you to live the life you desire. Learn how to overcome your fears so you can move forward in a brave and courageous way.
