The Nurture Journal is a journal to help take care of you, all of you - mind, body, and soul. When we take care of ourselves mentally, physically, and emotionally, we address our whole self. We will feel balanced and secure.
The journal starts off with some exercise pages on the mind, body, and soul. The main part of the journal has 70 days of daily pages with a section dedicated to each of these aspects. The daily journaling will help you take care of yourself. You are worth it and deserve it!
